That cat is talking to the birds, isn't he? I know that sound. I had a Siamese that would go stand at the base of a tree and do that and somehow, he would convince the birds to come to him. I had to rescue them or he'd kill them, or worse, half kill them and take them into the house.
What - kitty choir? Coyote try-outs next week? Bird on the lawn? Mouse climbing the screen?
Give him/her some kitty love for me.
