Just for the record. I'm not a conspiracy theorist or anything...

I just think Don Rumsfeld needs the chaos and the adrenaline rush he gets by planning and watching invasions and largew explosions...

and this is why he doesn't believe in diplomacy (or at least doesn't practice it).
