Quote of the day, redux -link-

Hawkeye could never have said this as eloquently.

"John F. Kennedy said America would never start a war. Well, it has now, and its architects have damaged our character, poisoned our standing in the world and soiled the soul of what was once the greatest nation in the history of the world."

JFK was an interesting man. Unlikely the clowns of today in Washington. As my friend said the other day, my kill a republican day idea should be allowed given that they killed him and his brother and all these innocent kids in Iraq.

How could one feel any sort of taint of evil at all, looking at the sweet, cherubic, innocent face of Dick Cheney? What an angel!

Greatest nation in the history of the world? Now that's the kind of hubris that poisons America's stature.
