A: Because, like everything from stem cells to the 4th amendment, fighting for it AGAIN will distract you from seeing the big picture agenda of this facist administration and the 10% of the nation who love it.
And 'the media' is quite happy to help you have that old fight, all over again

And no, we shouldn't have to be fighting these battles. But the South has risen again...
